Dairy Free Blueberry Chia Muffins

June 4, 2013 by gravitybread Filed Under: Baking, Breads, Muffins, Cakes and Scones, Dairy Free, Muffins, Special Diets

blueberry muffins

Are you or your child on a dairy free diet? The muffins are made using coconut milk yogurt and soy milk (almond milk can be substituted). The muffins are packed with goodness including chia seeds and an added boost of blueberries. They are moist, sweet and filling. They are made out of white whole wheat flour which has a more mild taste than whole wheat flour. They are great out of the oven and freeze well. Make into mini muffins for a quick snack for the kids!

To try these muffins and get the recipe, check out my post on Yummly.
